The Viking Voice & Yearbook Committee
The Viking Voice
The Viking Voice is St. Albert’s newspaper written and published by students at our school. Students in fifth grade are required to write at least two articles a year for the newspaper as part of their English class. Also, a small group of sixth graders write for the paper and meet after school to work on layout and publishing tasks. These sixth graders are taught to use Microsoft Publisher while developing their advanced feature articles. Next year, this after school club will include sixth and seventh graders.
The Yearbook Committee publishes an annual yearbook provided to all students attending St. Albert. The book includes class photos, athletic team photos and highlights from the year. It is one of the many ways to see how GREAT St. Albert is.
