Preschool Entry
By August 1, the Preschool Packet and the Final Page of the Preschool Parent Handbook must be filled out and turned in. Click on the following buttons to access them:

The completed Packet and Handbook Page should be turned in Physically to the School Front Office or placed in the black mailbox located outside of our School Office Entrance at
1395 Girard Drive Louisville, KY 40222
